- Weekly Rentals - Weekly rentals during July & August are from Saturday to Saturday. Some exceptions may apply. *** No refunds for early departures***
- Deposits - A security deposit of $300.00 is required for the Cottage rental and of $100.00 is required for a trailer site rental. The balance is due during your stay.
- Boat Rental - All boat rentals include 1 life-jacket per person, oars and a safety kit. A pleasure craft operator's card is required to rent the boat. ** Once the boat is returned, the gas will be measured and the price of gas will be added to the bill **
- Pets - We are a pet friendly park. Standard rules apply.
- Visitors - All overnight visitors must register in the lodge upon arrival and pay a $10.00 per person/per night park amenities fee.
- Taxes - All prices are subject to 13% HST.
- Payment Method - Visa, Mastercard, Interac or cash / e-transfer are accepted. A valid credit card is required upon check-in.
- Cancellation Policy - A refund may be returned if cancellation is made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, less a $20 administration fee.
- Damage Policy - Guests are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), main lodge’s premises or property caused by any person or pet in all guests party, whether or not staying at Green Bay Lodge during their stay. Green Bay Lodge reserves the right to retain guests credit card details as presented at booking/registration and charge the credit card such amounts as it shall, at its sole discretion, deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Green Bay Lodge as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right, and guests hereby authorize us, to charge the credit card for any damage incurred during the stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum. All evidence of pet occupation must be removed from the property and grounds at the end of the rental period or an additional cleaning fee may be applied.
